Absztrakt (kivonat)

This thesis examines the cultural, religious, and civilizational interactions within Austria, emphasizing their impact on society’s perceptions and daily life. Austria, a Central European country with a rich history of multicultural encounters, provides a unique setting to investigate how these diverse elements influence social norms, work ethics, festive customs, and child-rearing principles. The primary aim is to understand how Austria's image of humanity and society evolves through the lens of intercultural interaction, with a specific focus on social pedagogical aspects. Using both academic literature and qualitative interviews with Austrian employers and employees from various cultural backgrounds, the research analyzes the integration of multicultural practices into everyday life and the resulting effects on social cohesion. Findings highlight the complex challenges and opportunities posed by religious diversity, migration trends, and their socio-economic implications. Ultimately, the study offers insights into Austria’s future in embracing multiculturalism and suggests pathways to foster a more cohesive and inclusive society.
