Absztrakt (kivonat)
My thesis was written on the topic of the workplace of the future. I did my research through in-depth interviews, where I sought to answer how the workplace of the future will transform as a result of artificial intelligence, and what kinds of employees will be needed in the future labour market. I interviewed five HR managers who provided useful and relevant information that supported the development and finalization of my thesis.
