Absztrakt (kivonat)

The thesis examines the modernization of recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes through the presentation of a specific corporate example. The aim of the research is to explore how digitalization and innovative technologies can be applied in these areas of human resources management and to assess their impact on corporate efficiency and the employee experience. The transformation of workplace culture and the new expectations brought about by digitalization focus on topics such as the use of online recruitment platforms, the application of artificial intelligence in the selection process, and the digitalization of onboarding procedures. The thesis employs a qualitative methodology, using interviews and case study analyses to demonstrate the practical application of modern tools. The findings indicate that modernized HR processes significantly enhance efficiency but also introduce new challenges, for example in terms of data protection and maintaining personal contact. The research emphasizes the strategic role of digitalization and underscores the necessity of continuous innovation to sustain corporate competitiveness. The thesis contributes to the academic discourse on the topic while also providing practical guidance for companies on implementing modern HR tools.
