Absztrakt (kivonat)
My thesis revolves around the HR situation of the Master Good company group. In January 2020, Master Good bought Sága from its English owner, thereby expanding the company group. Barely a year has passed since the HR director of Sága and Master Good became joint, i.e., at company group level, thus a big and new task began in the life of the company group. The purpose of my research is to present the important role of the human resources department. I will cover the role of HR, the current HR trends, I will report on the typification possibilities of human resources in a general context. Then, in the framework of the research, I will analyse the role of HR through the example of Master Good, and its role in today's market. The organizational changes that occurred at Master Good created an opportunity to connect change management and organizational development with the investigation of the HR department. Organizational transformation is a long process of change, during which many challenges must be faced to achieve the results of the future. As part of my research, I conducted a survey among the HR employees working at the company group with six interviewees, using the structured interview as the method. The target group of the research was all HR colleagues of both Sága and Master Good. The survey took place during personal, face-to-face interviews. During the investigation, I distinguished between the questions asked to the HR director of the company group and the HR colleagues. Thus, I implemented a two-pole study. The focus of the survey was all colleagues, regardless of age, as I wanted to get a big, complex picture from people, based on which I could analyse their attitudes, desires and opinions. During my research, I concluded that, even though the HR staff did not perceive drastic changes, small things, multiple tasks, and joint projects affect their work, but not on an everyday level, since everyone has their own scope of activities and work process, which they are done on weekdays, but occasionally the HR department of the company group must get together. The assumption that the HR director of the company group and the HR colleagues work in the same work environment, but have to face different challenges every day, was confirmed. HR colleagues experience difficulties during the performance of their dedicated tasks, these may arise from ad-hoc situations or communication problems, while the HR director of the company group - due to her role - faces completely new challenges. After all, she is in almost daily contact with Master Good in the other part of the country. She has to be up to date, help and guide everyone, as well as the managers and directors of the various departments. including the people of Sága and Master Good.
