Abstract
In my dissertation I present the current situation of wine tourism and wine marketing, in Hungary. If we look at the dissertation in stages, I will start with the general presentation in the first part. In this brief description, I will focus on the wine regions of Hungary, then on the narrowed area - the location of my internship - the Csopak-Balatonfüred wine region. I will describe their capabilities and then I will turn to the analysis of the field of wine marketing. I consider this field to be important, as it is closely related to, supports and complements tourism. Nowadays, there is an increasing emphasis on the right communication tools and interfaces. In this chapter, I will brush up on the destination specifics, a more detailed marketing mix, and the current situation and organizations present in the chosen area. In the next chapter, I present wine-related events and happenings, focusing on regional gatherings. An S.W.O.T. within the framework of the analysis, I explore the current situation, thus helping the leaders of the given destination. At the end of the chapter, in accordance with the traditions, I present the lords of the wine region, thus paying tribute to the Balatonvin Wine Knight Order. In the rest of my dissertation, I present and analyze my research, detailing the study of conscious consumer habits. Nowadays, in my opinion, one of the most important things is to become conscious consumers about wine or whatever. Through a questionnaire survey, I asked the consumer society throughout how they relate to wine consumption in the present situation. Their awareness brought surprising results. In addition, I conducted an interview with the renowned winemaker of Csopak-Balatonfüred, with Jr. Mihály Figula, who is also the vice-president of the Pannon Wine Guild. I got a lot of interesting answers to my questions, there were matches as well as different statements. In my opinion, much can be learned from the research done so far and put on paper. As the closing chords of my dissertation, I examined the habits and movements of conscious wine consumption, as well as the connection with gastronomy and harmony. This chapter, I think, is useful even for an ordinary person, as what-as-to-pair is included. In my appendices, I also tried to visualize the ideas already mentioned in the text, thus visualizing things closely related to the topic in the direction of the reader. During the writing of the dissertation, numerous new questions arose, to which I will seek answers in a later scientific work.
