Absztrakt (kivonat)

International trade is the collection of goods, services and capital traded between two or more countries. It also refers to the organization of international trade between two or more economic areas: trade settlement methods, customs measures, exchange risk management, etc. In the context of international trade negotiations, policies in favor of cultural diversity designate an objective which consists in limiting the standardization supposed to result from the functioning of the market and free trade. At the heart of any international negotiation, whether political or commercial, is the question of conflict and cooperation between cultures. distinguishes between negotiations on security, political negotiations, and finally trade or economic negotiations. Their dynamics are common and all subject to the cultural and cognitive patterns of their participants. These international negotiations have always interested researchers, whatever their discipline or cultural background. Emphasize that many efforts have been made to bridge the gap between theory and practice and that culture directly influences negotiation processes, through the knowledge, beliefs and behaviours of the actors arrive. An even broader definition would be that of "business" which can be defined as implementing an opportunity for the party which undertakes to achieve an objective thanks to the encounter, fortuitous or provoked, of its own interest and the interest of a third party (individual, company or organization) on of the sale, although this is sometimes controversial: negotiation is considered as an activity with a wider scope and for which the actors have greater latitude, act in a less “one-sided” manner and where the stakes are likely to be higher than those related to the specific content of the sell-buy transaction.
