Absztrakt (kivonat)

In my paper, I am focusing on the logistical challenges that Schaeffler group and the Schaeffler Savaria Ltd. must face in the past, in present and in the future. With my all knowledge and experience I earned I will focus on the development and modernize the solution of the problems and the old processions. I chose the topic based on two main reasons which are directly connected to my personal life. The first one is that, I always worked in the Schaeffler Savaria Ltd., since I could start work at 17 as student job. That is why I want to help that company to improve, since the work and the community helped to improve my personality as well. The other reason is for choosing that topic is my interest in the chaotic events and progresses, and the chance to solve them with my own idea. In the first part of my thesis, I introduce the logistic in general, what type of logistical processes do we known and role of it. I try to explain the importance of these processes, since it can be found in everyday life, in almost every moment. They I explain the freight transport system in general. Then in more details each of the main type of the transport system. Also, the logistical regulations and incoterms play a huge work in my thesis work, since without regulations, everything would be chaotic, and unsorted. Later I will introduce the Schaeffler group in general, from the beginning. And the history of the Schaeffler Savaria, from the first appearance in our country, Hungary. In the second part of my paper, I will show the situation of the Schaeffler 20 years ago, then I will present the problems of the company in the last few years and in the near future. Since we have eventful years behind us, with pandemic crisis, different kind of wars, difficulties made by strikes. For the future, I introduce a possible problem, that may can cause several problems. But the problem is not always, external, so I show the situation of the internal communication. My aim is to find a solution of a possible way to make the logistical process smoother in these cases.
