Logistics and all of its areas play a very important role in life and everyday life of large multinational companies. Every single process has key importance: every operation from procurement, through production, to sales, but in addition to all of this, serving customers in the right time and with the right quality is also a primary consideration, since the consumer society demands that the orders are of the highest possible quality, to be available to customers as soon as possible, thus increasing their satisfaction. In my thesis, I will examine the order fulfillment process and customs using the example of VELUX Magyarország Kft., and then I will compare the delivery performance of the last 3 years in the company's largest market, focusing on the price increase periods in detail. After the logistics literature review, the company Velux will be presented, followed by the presentation of the company's Hungarian company. Then you can read a detailed overview of the order fulfillment process in practice. As part of the content of the topic, an analysis of the Goods Issue Delivery Performance, one of the most important KPI indicators of order fulfillment, is carried out by comparing data from the last 3 years of the Velux company's German market. In addition, a detailed analysis of the price increase period that occurs in the market every year can be read, indicating the problems that occur. Finally, drawing the conclusions from these, I will talk about the proposals for increasing the performance of the period, and then, as a conclusion of my thesis, a summary section summarizes the explored topic. During my more than half a year of work here, I can use my knowledge in practice and as a permanent participant in everyday work, I can continuously increase my practical knowledge.
