Absztrakt (kivonat)

The topic of my final thesis allowed me to get to know the diversity of customer orders, I was interested in the types of customers who visit the OBI store in Keszthely the most. Therefore, I started researching this topic and using a questionnaire survey to find out which type of customer stands out from the rest in a given period. The aim of the quantitative survey was to find out which types of customers visit the OBI store in Keszthely most often. This will help the store to focus on which customer group to serve. During the quantitative research I also used statistical analysis to quantify and compare the data. One of the ad�vantages of this method is that it can provide generalisable results. In my thesis, I first read literature and internet articles on the subject, analyzed them and then utilized them in my thesis. The analysis of consumer behaviour, types of buyers and buying decisions is essen�tial in the topic of ve- vices. I will take a look at the types of buyers and describe them. I also deal with the analysis of consumer behaviour in the thesis, as it is a field dealing with the processes and behaviour of consumer decisions, which examines why and how people choose products and services. I analyse impulse buying, routine buying, extended buying problem solving and 'real' buying decisions... The topic of customer orders in OBI requires the discussion of project salespeople, as they also prepare and manage the orders. In the evaluation of my questionnaire research, I take demographic data, frequency and cross ta�bulations. The environment is an important topic, and OBI is no exception, with a number of environmental activities to its name, which I will also write about in my thesis, and in this context, consumer awareness. Finally, the results of the questionnaire survey show which type of customer shops most often in the OBI store in Keszthely.
